About the Role Join our Quality & Regulatory Affairs team as a Quality Specialist responsible for supporting the QMS and Quality Control to ensure compliant execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement in line with certification requirements and customer expectations. This on-site role reports to the Senior Quality Manager and is based in Songdo, Incheon, South Korea. What You'll Do
- Perform production release activities as a Quality Assurance representative in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Perform destructive analysis on returned complaint samples to support complaint investigations
- Perform outlier analysis to identify abnormal data points and distinguish between common cause and special cause variations
