About the Role Lead and manage the Quality Project organization unit to ensure effective service delivery, process execution, and compliance with standards and governance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop team capabilities across prototype and pre-series projects. Assume functional accountability for Quality Projects at the country level, overseeing QA documentation and ensuring adherence to customer, LEONI, and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Manage and lead the Quality Project organization unit, define objectives, allocate resources, and ensure timely response to project requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide consultation, and implement measures to enhance team performance, change management, and growth.
