About the Role Louis Dreyfus Company seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality, feed and food safety management and improvement at the Qingdao facility. The role ensures compliance with environmental, health, safety and food safety procedures and drives continuous improvement of the quality and safety management system to meet customer and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain the quality, feed and food safety management systems; ensure compliance with laws, corporate policies and safety procedures; lead risk assessments and monitoring; drive continuous improvement and QMS effectiveness.
- Organize and supervise quality control plans from raw materials to finished products; enforce lab safety, chemical storage, and data integrity; provide safety education to the team; promptly address safety incidents and hazards.
