About the Role The Quality Manager - Plant at Sonoco will oversee the plant quality assurance function, reporting to the Senior Manager, Division Quality, and contribute to Sonoco's global packaging leadership. The role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality programs to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity. What You'll Do
- Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions, participating in monthly safety meetings, performing monthly safety inspections, and investigating accidents as required.
