About the Role We are seeking a Quality Manager for our Gurdon, AR plywood site. The Quality Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to optimize ongoing operations while maintaining an injury-free/incident-free environment in a batch manufacturing setting, aligned with our Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy and framework. The role involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to manufacture high quality products while eliminating waste. What You'll Do
- Support value creation efforts by analyzing process performance and developing key metrics to promote process improvement in safety, environmental, production, quality, value, yield, and digital transformation.
- Supervise and coordinate production efforts that drive sustained improvements across Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance, Reliability, Quality, Production, and Costs.
