About the Role Lead and develop the quality strategy and processes for Lear's Plzeň Technical Center. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and OEM requirements, manage the quality area for prototype and pre-series phases, and lead a small quality team to deliver high-quality seating systems. Collaborate with development, testing, APQP, and prototype workshop teams from concept through delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead and implement quality strategy, rules, and processes; ensure documentation.
- Manage customer and supplier complaints (8D, root-cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions) and oversee incoming inspection.
- Define acceptance criteria for prototype builds; oversee quality gates and coordinate measurement results.
- Support DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans, and prototype control strategy; prepare regular quality reports.
