About this role
About the Role The Quality Intern will join ZF's Marysville quality team to support production of axle drive systems, assist with daily quality operations, audits, non-conforming material management, and data-driven improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes digitalization and strengthening plant quality systems while supporting key quality KPIs. What You'll Do
- Provide support for Document Control System (OMDS)
- Support Quality Management System in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 and for Layered Process Audit (LPA)
- Coordinate action items related to internal and external quality concerns
- Audit control of non-conforming products
- Enter purchase requisitions in SAP
- Support Product & Process Engineering for warranty review and/or line audits
- Assist with continuous improvement activities in the plant
- Work in a 3-shift operation; may require off-shift hours
