About the Role AGCO is seeking a Quality Inspector to prepare, perform, and document materials testing across casting, forging, heat treatment, machining, and mechanical property certifications, including root-cause analysis for PPAP/ISIR in the APQP process for part validation and approval for serial production at AGCO's global factories. The inspector will operate advanced inspection equipment, apply GD&T, and manage final inspection reports while collaborating with suppliers and internal quality teams to uphold AGCO's Farmer First vision. What You'll Do
- Operate advanced inspection equipment – CMM, Faro, Gear tester
- Conduct precision measurements and apply strong knowledge of GD&T for measurement, evaluation, and inspection processes
- Inspect parts for tolerances and critical characteristics
- Document, maintain, and track inspection results with high accuracy and compliance
