About this role
About the Role We are seeking a Quality Engineer at Wolfspeed's Fayetteville, AR manufacturing site to support the quality management system across manufacturing, customer, and supplier quality. You will collaborate with internal teams to monitor, maintain, and report on processes within Wolfspeed Quality Management System. What You'll Do
- Interface with customers on complaints and returns.
- Lead problem solving to determine root cause and corrective actions.
- Lead the Manufacturing Quality business processes for the Fayetteville site including change management, non-conformance management, corrective actions, etc.
- Support the Supplier and Incoming Quality global team for the Fayetteville site.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key internal stakeholders including the factory and business unit teams. What We're Looking For
