Job title: Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer responsible for assuring the quality system implementation in production and providing guidance to manufacturing on quality issues. You will participate in continual improvement, internal audits, customer interactions on complaints, and problem-solving to keep production moving with minimal impact.
What You'll Do
- Ensure quality system implementation in production and maintain documentation.
- Provide guidance to manufacturing on quality issues and support production as needed.
- Identify, analyze, and propose corrective actions for quality problems.
- Interact with customers regarding complaints and service; participate in internal audits.
- Manage Continual Improvement projects and team meetings; write SWRs/TECOs as necessary.
- Provide backup for Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and maintain related records.
