About the Role The Quality Engineer II supports the Quality team in ensuring that products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100), supporting root cause and corrective action activities, participating in audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders within a manufacturing environment. Direct interaction with customers and involvement in audit discussions require strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy to manage customer relationships. What You'll Do
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
- Support root cause analysis and CAPA using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
