Job Description The opportunity: Executes incoming inspection protocols as assigned and reports all findings and results in the SAP. Performs labeling of all components with a component identification tag if components are compliant through inspection. Restraints the components at the dedicated area when they fail the inspection and initiates the supplier non-conformance management process to report back the issue to the suppliers.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of purchased parts, materials, samples and assemblies
- Document inspection results as required
- Report to quality engineer/Quality manager on any deviations observed during incoming inspection
