Responsibilities
- Leads the Quality Control team in all system management audits, including internal and customer audits.
- Leads Management of Change activities that impact Quality Control activities.
- Responsible for Clariant compliance and subsequent adherence to government flow-down directives.
- Mentors and trains Quality Control technicians on policies and procedures.
- Designs, develops, and implements best quality practices and processes for product development, including new QC methods, and optimizes existing methods to ensure accurate analytical results.
- Ensures that a reporting structure for analytical results is maintained and that accurate results are reported.
