About the Role The Quality Assurance Supervisor at GRUMA's Mission Foods facility in Panorama City, CA is responsible for partnering with the organization to consistently supply products that meet customer and consumer expectations. This role supervises the daily activities of the QA Leads and technicians, ensures plant quality system requirements, and enforces GMP and Food Safety practices. The position also provides training and support for the Food Safety Program, investigates issues with the QA Manager, and may perform QA Manager duties in their absence. What You'll Do
- Supervise the daily activities of the QA Leads and technicians; ensure proper training in Safety, Food Safety and Quality Systems.
- Review activities to ensure conformance to specifications and supervise Plant Quality System requirements.
