Quality Assurance Manager
About this role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Jakande Isolo, Lagos. The successful candidate will lead the quality function, drive compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement across our FMCG or food manufacturing operations. This role requires strong expertise in quality systems and a track record of leading audits and improvement initiatives to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection procedures
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
