About the Role Quality Analyst - Facility IP DRG is responsible for planning, monitoring, directing and evaluating QA production on a daily basis to ensure client requirements are met and coding accuracy is maintained. This role collaborates with the Director and Coding Operations to mitigate delays and maintain established schedules across QA teams.
What You'll Do
- Plans, monitors, directs and evaluates QA production on a daily basis.
- Ensures daily schedules are met and communicates with Director and Coding Operations if deadlines are hindered.
- If system issues or emergencies delay QA, implement measures to return to established schedules promptly in coordination with each quality specialist.
- Ensure QA communicates a valid, workable weekly schedule for the client; if not, Lead QA Specialist is responsible for prompt correction.
