About the Role
- As a Qualified Accountant, reporting to the General Manager (Finance and Accounts), you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company's financial records and reporting.
- You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in our countries of operation.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local standards in our countries of operation.
- Managing the general ledger and ensuring its accuracy.
- Preparing and filing tax returns and ensuring tax compliance in our countries of operation.
