About this role
About the Role You will perform routine physical and chemical testing across materials and products, support GMP-compliant analytical operations, and help ensure data integrity and readiness of instrumentation in the Analytical Testing lab. What You'll Do
- Perform physical and chemical testing on samples from incoming materials, packaging materials, produced bulks and products, environment monitoring, process validation and cleaning validation.
- Issue reliable analytical reports within reasonable lead time.
- Adhere to SOPs and safety; document lab work per cGMP.
- Assist Head of Analytical Testing with GMP self-inspection and CAPAs to maintain GMP compliance.
- Present technical data to internal investigations and regulatory inspectors.
- Calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure readiness.
- Report abnormal results promptly with detailed data to enable timely investigation.
