About the Role Hyundai's HMMA is seeking a Purchasing professional responsible for supplier safety, cost, quality, delivery and service for production parts and new model parts development. The role focuses on developing, negotiating, and managing supplier base, and driving S-QCDD performance.
What You'll Do
- Track, measure, and improve supplier Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development (S-QCDD) KPIs.
- Prepare RFIs/RFQs for multi-year full production quantities and negotiate long-term agreements; maintain competitive pricing.
- Lead yearly cost reduction activities; monitor and improve supplier performance; expand and localization of supply base; collaborate with R&D from product development stages.
