As our Purchasing Manager, you’ll keep the operation moving, balancing quality, availability and cost while building strong supplier relationships and making smart commercial decisions.
You don’t just buy things — you make sure Mama gets great value without compromising the experience.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Purchasing Champion
- Lead the day-to-day purchasing function across the hotel.
- Source and purchase goods and services in line with operational requirements, quality standards and approved specifications.
- Ensure all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
