About the Role Reporting to the Manager – Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain & Logistics, the Purchasing Agent is responsible for end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect materials — chemicals, instrument components, packaging, MRO, and services — supporting Hach Thailand's manufacturing Distribution Center operations. The role establishes and maintains strategic sourcing relationships with emphasis on quality, delivery, and total cost, negotiates supplier contracts, and owns the purchase-order lifecycle within Oracle ERP. The Purchasing Agent partners closely with Planning, Production, Quality, EHS, Import-Export, Finance, and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted supply, supports compliance with Thai Free Zone and hazardous-goods requirements.
