About this role
About the Role Join Axon's Professional Services team as a PSA Systems Developer, owning the administration and optimization of Certinia as our PSA tool within Salesforce. This role is critical to enabling high-impact delivery across our global Hardware and Software Professional Services organizations. You will configure and enhance the PSA system to support project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting at scale. You’ll work closely with Professional Services business stakeholders and the Salesforce Digital Customer Experience team to ensure Certinia is optimized for performance, adoption, and ongoing business value. You will serve as both the hands-on administrator and technical owner, bringing a deep understanding of Salesforce and PSA best practices.
