About the Role
- We are seeking a competent, proactive, and relationship-driven Provider Relationship Executive to join our team in Ibadan.
- The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in provider management/relations within the HMO or health insurance industry and possess strong knowledge of healthcare provider operations, negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.
- Manage the onboarding, accreditation, and re-accreditation of healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular visits to providers to monitor service quality and compliance with HMO requirements.
- Liaise with providers regarding tariffs, claims, payments, service delivery, and contractual matters.
