Provider Enrollment Field Representative
Summary The Provider Enrollment Field Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, delivering enrollment support, outreach, training, and issue resolution. The individual will partner directly with providers to assist with enrollment activities, investigate and resolve escalated concerns, conduct education sessions and workshops, and build strong provider relationships through proactive engagement. The role requires knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance processes, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex provider issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
