About the Role The Props Manager will work in a faith-based environment within Regent University's School of Communication & Arts. This temporary, part-time role oversees props for a four-show season, ensuring they are built, sourced, and maintained safely. You will collaborate with the director and scenic designer to manage prop and furniture usage, including film requirements and loaned items.
What You'll Do
- Manage show props for a four-show year.
- Shop for and build props as necessary for each show.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Communicate with the director and scenic designer.
- Manage internal and external use of props and furniture, including film requirements and loaned props.
- Keep detailed records of prop and furniture usage, both internal and external.
