About the Role Wir suchen in Vollzeit Projektsteuerer (m/w/d) in Wiesbaden mit Einsatz in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Die Julius Berger International GmbH ist der GeneralplanerPlus und erbringt sämtliche technischen Dienstleistungen des allgemeinen Hoch-, Tief-, Ingenieur- und Industriebaus – von der Planung über den Baubetrieb bis zum Projektmanagement und der -steuerung. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen Sie uns bei nationalen und internationalen Großprojekten. What You'll Do
- Steuerung und Koordination der Projektabwicklung in Leistungsphase 8 (Objektüberwachung / Bauüberwachung) und Leistungsphase 9 (Projektabschluss) gemäß HOAI
- Unterstützung des Auftraggebers bei der Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätssteuerung während der Ausführung
- Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Fachplanern, Bauleitung, Nutzern und ausführenden Firmen
