About this role
Operative Steuerung & Projektcontrolling
- Verantwortung für das Produktionscontrolling unserer komplexen Schiffbauprojekte und präzise Steuerung der Kosten- und Ressourcenflüsse
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Prozesse in den Bereichen Planung, Reporting, Forecasting sowie Performance-Controlling
Strategische Weiterentwicklung
- Weiterentwicklung des Projektcontrollings und Implementierung moderner Controlling-Ansätze, um die interne Beratung proaktiv zu gestalten
- Durchführen von Benchmarking-Analysen, um unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich an Industriestandards auszurichten und Effizienzpotenziale zu heben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsebene und dem Team, um die Controlling-Landschaft zukunftsfähig aufzustellen
