About this role
Position Overview
- We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor, to provide overall leadership for our project portfolios.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise buildings, mixed-use buildings and navigating the regulatory landscape of Lagos.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise buildings, mixed-use buildings, from conception to handover.
