About the Role Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Project Services Business Analyst to partner with Turnaround and Project teams across the KAES fleet to define how project controls data is structured, standardized, and leveraged to drive business decisions. This role translates complex project and turnaround processes into scalable, governed analytics solutions in partnership with IT and data platform teams, enabling consistent, enterprise decision-making through trusted data. The role will be located at our main campus in Wichita, Kansas. What You'll Do
- Define and standardize project controls data models, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks across KAES
- Translate business processes and operational needs into structured data requirements and scalable reporting solutions
