About the Role A seasoned Project Practice Specialist is needed to shape how projects and programs are governed across Intact IT portfolios. This high-visibility, senior-level role sits at the intersection of governance, strategy, and delivery—working closely with project managers, portfolio leaders, and executive sponsors to ensure projects are compliant, well-managed, and positioned for success. As Intact evolves toward a Product delivery model, you will adapt our governance framework to support Waterfall and Agile/SAFe methodologies. What You'll Do
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure program and project compliance with internal and external regulations and standards; maintain and update IT project governance policies, processes, and guidelines; keep the Project Management Framework aligned with current regulations and proactively adapt to changes.
