About the Role WSP’s Resources subsector, part of our Energy, Resources & Industry business line, supports mining and heavy industrial clients across Canada. This role focuses on leading multidisciplinary mining/industrial projects, coordinating engineering deliverables, and driving schedules and budgets from Sudbury, Ontario. You’ll work in a collaborative, innovative team environment and contribute to continuous improvement and business development. What You'll Do
- Drive resource and budget planning to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines for seamless execution.
- Optimize workforce planning to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time.
- Own project schedules and cost control, delivering accurate, timely reports.
- Manage project changes proactively to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
