About the Role Covetrus is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a critical legal entity migration from Australia to New Zealand, with delivery required by 30 September. This is a high‑impact role that will support a Project Manager and will see you working across multiple business functions to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely transition. What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end migration activities, including governance, regulatory compliance, legal entity, and finance workstreams
- Manage and engage stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
- Drive delivery against the mandated implementation timeline
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
