About this role
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, development, execution, and completion of real estate projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and specifications. The role will coordinate construction teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments while providing management with accurate updates on project progress, risks, costs, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage real estate development projects from concept/planning stage through construction and final handover.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, milestones, work plans, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
- Supervise and monitor construction activities across project sites.
