About the Role Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to be the recognized leader for all aspects of assigned mission-critical communication system projects. This role is responsible for the successful, on-time, and on-budget implementation and delivery of the contractual scope, ensuring customer satisfaction. Note: candidate must reside in Washington State and work remotely. What You'll Do
- Serve as the focal point and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services from inception to completion (or transition).
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality metrics, deadlines, and budget constraints. Oversee pre-tax profit and manage quality, cost, and time constraints.
- Direct and coordinate the project team, ensuring optimal performance and motivation. Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs.
