About the Role The Project Manager will implement processes, coordinate internal donor relations activities, and maintain data integrity to support HFUW's fundraising efforts. This role collaborates across departments to advance fundraising initiatives and ensure cohesive operations across the organization. What You'll Do
- Donor Relations: Manage donor recognition and stewardship plans for donors at all levels; work with the Senior Executive Assistant to the President and CEO to facilitate correspondence and outreach; provide administrative support including printing and assembling mail items; coordinate with the Finance Department on donor relations and event sponsor billing and collections; provide telephone support for the Resource Development team; prepare draft communications and process outgoing correspondence including mass mailings and other communications and marketing…
