About this role
Our client is a large global consulting firm. They have been engaged by a Financial Services company based in NYC to deliver a custom platform for Compensation and Rewards. The company had evaluated numerous leading packaged Compensation and Rewards software, and none fit their needs.
They are looking for a strong Project Manager to run the program. This person will not only have deep experience running large programs for global companies, but they will also have experience with a project similar to this one, an internally developed/custom enterprise platform. The right person is someone with the ability to anticipate and understand what's needed in a program/platform like this (knows what to anticipate, knows how to plan in agile environment - e.g. if we're working on a build - what do you do about testing, how do you plan for the next tranche of work, etc.).
