The role focuses on people management across L&A teams, coordinating critical programs (e.g., Smart Apps, Woolworths, AI SDLC), and serving as the primary US-to-offshore interface for release delivery. The ideal candidate understands North America Life Insurance and Annuities New Business / Policy Administration releases and brings Agile/JIRA experience to manage iterations and release workflows.
