About the Role HELLA is looking for a Project Manager to lead product development projects by coordinating multi-local resources to meet customer requirements. You will harmonize technical requirements with the customer and ensure smooth project execution across relevant departments. What You'll Do
- Implement projects in product development involving multi-local resources to meet customer requirements
- Harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in defined project descriptions
- Be responsible for agreed targets in terms of project quality, costs and timing with the client using existing methods in coordination with relevant or superior departments
- Plan internal and external capacities, appoint team members considering potentials and competences, and assign work packages
- Ensure systematic communication with internal and external clients and special departments
