Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support Health Plan Operations readiness activities for a major Go-Live event. This role is dedicated to affiliation and integration efforts. The Project Manager will develop and manage the execution plan, coordinate cross-functional activities, track milestones, and ensure operational readiness objectives are achieved for the transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Health Plan Operations execution plan.
- Coordinate work across multiple business units and connect disparate workstreams.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Ensure operational readiness objectives are achieved in support of the transition.
- Move initiatives forward and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
