About this role
About the Role As Project Manager Architecture, you will be crucial to the EMEA Store Development team. You will manage end-to-end store development initiatives across hubs/markets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, within guidelines and achieving the project brief to support revenue growth and an improved in-store experience for customers. You will work closely with Brands and local Hub teams, as well as third-party suppliers and contractors to keep projects on track and delivered on time. What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end management of multiple new store and relocation projects for a specific hub/set of markets, including pre-project, electrical/mechanical engineering, fire protection, project mobilization, GC tender, landlord handover, construction, site visits, project close, handovers and post-project reviews
