About this role
Section: Description A Project Management Officer is needed to supervise residential and commercial developments and send reports.
Section: Responsibilities
- Manage site operations, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and consultants
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor progress, risks, and costs; provide regular reports to management
- Liaise with government agencies for approvals and permits
- Ensure compliance with building codes
- Drive timely project completion and client satisfaction
Section: Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or related field
- 3+ years project management experience in real estate/construction
- Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, and site management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
