About the Role The Project Leader is responsible for managing moderately complex engineering projects with minimal direction. This role provides project management and technical direction to assure successful and timely implementation of projects, with a focus on Milwaukee Tool mechanics hand tools and cross-functional collaboration across local and global teams. What You'll Do
- Provides leadership over multiple moderately complex projects focused on mechanics hand tools.
- Gives direction, guidance and engineering expertise to local and global team members; reviews work of designers, engineers and other project team members; sets goals for the team.
- Develops and maintains schedules, agendas, facilitates and documents project meetings; tracks project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines; regularly presents project status to executives.
