Main Functions Provide office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations
Tasks and Responsibilities In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3: Assists in the preparation of proposal/project meetings (internal and external stakeholders); Issues minutes of meetings and creates an action Items log and follows up with the responsible persons for close out of action items Produces various project management reports (weekly/monthly) including but not limited to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Project Status and Project Close-out Reports Assists the PM in cost and schedule control in conjunction with the Project Controls Lead Coordinates submission of invoices/timesheets to the Client
