Job title: Project Coordinator, Gurugram
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Pratham's Learning Excellence Program in Gurugram. The role supports the execution of classroom-based learning initiatives for primary schools in Gurugram district, with a focus on helping lagging learners and empowering local educated young women as teachers.
What You'll Do
- Designing course structures, methodology and deliverables.
- Preparing and updating content for course manuals in English, Hindi and Math.
- Conducting quarterly training of teachers for the content to be delivered in the schools.
- Traveling to field locations (schools) to monitor and review the execution of the program.
- Liaising with the Program Head.
What We're Looking For
- Masters in Social Work, Development studies, education or any equivalent field.
- Subject knowledge of English, Hindi and Math.
