About the Role
The Project Architect / Technical Designer will join a globally recognised hospitality-focused architectural practice in Coral Gables. With circa 9–11 years of experience, you will bridge concept design and delivery, translating ideas into coordinated, buildable solutions across multiple high-profile hospitality projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams (consultants, contractors, internal design teams)
- Produce and oversee high-quality drawing packages and BIM models, with a strong focus on Revit
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and hospitality brand standards
- Support project delivery across all phases, from concept through to construction
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to QA/QC processes
