Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and short courses.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, calendars, class timetables, and training plans.
- Coordinate instructors, facilitators, mentors, and other program staff.
- Ensure course materials, classrooms, online platforms, and other learning resources are ready before sessions.
- Monitor attendance, participation, assessments, and overall program progress.
- Communicate program information, schedules, updates, and changes to students and instructors.
- Collect student and instructor feedback and recommend improvements.
