Role Summary
- The Programs Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and day-to-day delivery of the institute’s academic and professional training programs.
- The role ensures that courses run smoothly, facilitators and students are well supported, and program activities are delivered according to schedule and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and short courses.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, calendars, class timetables, and training plans.
- Coordinate instructors, facilitators, mentors, and other program staff.
- Ensure course materials, classrooms, online platforms, and other learning resources are ready before sessions.
- Monitor attendance, participation, assessments, and overall program progress.
