About this role
Section: Responsibilities
- Develop and manage programme implementation plans
- Lead programme roll-outs across multiple countries
- Coordinate the Africa Impact Summit and regional events
- Manage national partners, funders, and strategic stakeholders
- Support fundraising and donor reporting
- Monitor programme budgets, compliance, documentation, and reporting
- Lead research reports, policy briefs, and summit briefing documents
- Coordinate research inputs and ensure published data is sourced and verifiable
Section: Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, or related field, or Bachelor’s Degree with significant experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in programme/project management, development finance, entrepreneurship support, or impact investing
