About the Role The Programme Development and Quality Assurance Director leads the office's strategy for acquiring diverse funding, ensuring program quality, and aligning operations with World Vision Burundi's strategy. This local leadership role focuses on resource development, child well-being, and effective grant management to support vulnerable children. What You'll Do
- Lead the acquisition of diversified bilateral and multilateral funding for the office by guiding a design team to develop concept papers and proposals with operations, finance and technical teams.
- Identify market opportunities, monitor donor trends, and foster grant funding from governments and multilateral donors.
- Revise and roll out the National Office grants acquisition and management strategy/Business Plan to resource the WV Burundi strategy and targets.
