About the Role The Office of Student Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (OSDIB) at Columbia Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons seeks a Program Support Specialist II to help advance diversity initiatives by coordinating program logistics, communications, and data management. Reporting to the Director and the Senior Associate Dean for OSDIB, this role supports the administration of pathway programs and related activities to recruit, enroll, and engage a diverse student population. What You'll Do
- Organize and execute program logistics, manage OSDIB applications, plan communications, and schedule informational sessions; support events during evenings and weekends.
- Develop and optimize processes for applications, reviews, and participant selection; contribute to pathway and professional development programs, workshops, and symposia.
